MediCode is a mobile application that provides users with an intelligent interface for searching Health IT codes from standard lists.

ICD 9:
International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems List, developed by the World Health Organization, serves as a diagnostic tool for epidemiology, health management, and clinical purposes.

ICD 10:
10th Revision of International Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems List, endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO).

CPT:
Current Procedural Terminology List by the American Medical Association (AMA) is widely utilized for identifying and classifying medical, surgical, and diagnostic services.

LOINC:
Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes is a prevalent database used to identify medical laboratory observations.

SNOMED CT:
Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine Clinical Terms is a comprehensive multilingual dictionary commonly used in clinical documentation worldwide.

You can enter a complete code, partial code, or text into the application, and it will generate a list of search results ordered by relevance. This feature allows for efficient code identification. Furthermore, when searching for ICD codes, the application will display results from both ICD 9 and ICD 10 lists.

A quick overview of each code is visible within the search results. Users can tap on a specific code to access more detailed information. For frequent users such as medical practitioners, pharmacists, and laboratory technicians, there is an option to bookmark frequently searched codes for quick access directly from the home screen or any other screen within the application.
